PHOENIX -- Phoenix has traded guard Raja Bell and forward Boris Diaw to the Charlotte Bobcats as part of a deal that sends guard Jason Richardson to the Suns.
Rookie point guard Sean Singletary also goes to Charlotte, while the Suns get forward Jared Dudley and a 2010 second-round draft pick.
